Two months ago, I landed in Singapore lugging two suitcases, a head full of ideas, and a mild panic about crossing twelve time zones solo for the first time. Within seventy two hours, I was seated in a product strategy meeting with TetriXX’s founding team, jet-lagged but wide-eyed as my brain tried to catch up: We’re launching in Paris.
During my first few weeks at TetriXX as Product Marketing Intern, I immediately jumped into launch mode. It was my first glimpse into what an AI-first company looks like in motion, utilizing various automation to increase efficiency and clarity. To accelerate my onboarding, I imported over 300 internal documents into Notebook LM to use as a personalized research assistant to dive deep into transportation systems, industry context, and Freya—TetriXX’s AI agent for freight invoice automation. Within days, I transitioned from a baseline of no prior supply chain experience to understanding the nuances of Unicode integrations, empty container optimization, and international freight charges.
From there, I began rapidly prepping keynote decks, crafting supporting materials, and assembling all of the miniscule details necessary to make the event seamless. Between deck iterations and visual polishing, I began to understand the intricacies of communicating vision in a way that felt expansive and grounded. I wasn’t in Paris myself, but the joy came later in waves. I watched clips of our co-founders speaking under spotlights, saw the crowd marvel at the live demo of Ask Freya, and saw attendees conversing with one another. It was surreal to see the narrative we had worked so hard to shape come to life.
Following the launch, my focus shifted to leading a full redesign of the TetriXX website. I worked closely with our designer to rethink the site architecture, built the copy from scratch, and restructured the design to emphasize user flow. I combined AI-powered drafting with unique value proposition and product understanding to reposition TetriXX as a competitive differentiator in the supply chain space. I spent days refining phrasing, reordering sections, and considering how visual hierarchy supports product comprehension. It was a crash course in digital storytelling and in the invisible labor that makes a website feel intuitive, not overwhelming. Our website finally went live, and I remember the satisfaction of refreshing the homepage to witness my work being published for all.
My final project with TetriXX was launching our first external newsletter to engage clients, investors, and early partners. I designed the editorial structure, curated the content, and managed the end-to-end execution from scratch. The first issue highlighted TetriXX’s recent milestones: our pivot to an AI-first approach, the latest product updates, the Paris launch, and the arrival of a new summer internship cohort. The newsletter now serves as a foundational communication channel and establishes a scalable framework for consistent outreach.
Artificial intelligence played a pivotal role in shaping both the strategic direction and execution of projects throughout my internship. Initially, I was hesitant to integrate AI with creative marketing since I was concerned doing so might compromise the authenticity and nuance of an organic brand voice. However, I quickly realized that there was a need for a complementary balance between the two. AI was incredibly efficient for generating frameworks and surface level insights and human creativity bridged the gap with strategic context and emotional intelligence. Combining these two elements allowed me to enhance the voice and vision at the core of TetriXX’s identity with efficiency.
Throughout the internship, I found myself drawn by the collaborative energy of our fast-moving team and the informal moments that made each day feel meaningful. We'd gather everyday for lunch at nearby hawker centres, Chinatown Complex and Maxwell Centre to share weekend plans and questions over sizzling bowls of unagi don and peanut paste. These everyday moments became a grounding and memorable part of my TetriXX experience.
In just eight weeks, I’ve gained hands-on experience in full-stack product marketing: leading a website overhaul, supporting an international product launch, and building scalable content systems. I was able to absorb information and contribute at a pace I never expected as a result of intelligent AI tools, fast feedback loops, and the deep generosity of a team willing to let me dive in headfirst. I’m incredibly grateful to the TetriXX team for their trust, mentorship, and openness throughout this experience and for giving me the chance to grow in ways where every contribution feels meaningful.
